Sitting on the knees of my Dad, I first held a kite in my hands in 1990.
Since then, the kite-virus infected me and my first contact with traction kites happened to be in Düsseldorf when I was given a buggy. I started with 2.5 m² with soon recognized the need and demand for more. In 2006, I joined my first buggy-championship and managed to come in first place together with winning the Eurocups season ( Open Class ). Kitelandboarding was growing my attention and I started making my first moves in Düsseldorf, with winning the german national title in landboarding in 2007. I have now switched the team to HQ-Powerkites, looking for new challenges and I´m eager to have more enjoyable rides in the future.
