My name is Christian and I am a kiteaholic. The addiction began in 2006 and I soon made my first experiences. During a beach holiday I was very impressed by kitesurfers making their moves on the water. From there onwards it was clear to me that I wanted to learn kiting. As soon as I got back home I searched the internet and made first contacts with kitesurfers. Soon I started practicing landboarding on a nearby lake using a 5 sq meter foil. I was infected by the kitevirus and soon after I started using my first depowerkite. Since then I am using every opportunity for practicing, travelling to beaches all over the world. My first success I made 2007 in the German championships, in the category “Race” getting 3rd place. |
